Azure Management Pack

So Microsoft has now released Updates to the existing Management pack of Azure,

Franky speaking, I have noticed that a lot of customers complain about SCOM's Capability to monitoring Azure and do mention on forums that SCOM does not have good Dashboard and reporting capabilities,
